L.I to Health and well-being

For this task I had to list five things I do to have good health and well being. Here are the five things I do to stay healthy and strong.


  1. Get at least 10 hours of sleep.
  2.  Eat fruits and vegetables.
  3. Play sports.
  4. Brush twice a day.
  5. Exercise.

    Thank you for sharing some of the things you do to stay healthy and strong. I think it is so important to have a list like this and by choosing them yourself it means you have a bit of responsibility for yourself

    Wow, 10 hours sleep. You are so lucky, I don’t even remember the last time I got 10 hours of sleep probably was back when I was a baby!

    Just a friendly reminder that the Summer Learning Journey programme ends at the end of next week - so Friday the 24th of January. So get as many activities as you can done, the more you do the higher your chance is to score some of our epic prizes!
