HIIT

L.I to HIT traning

For kiwi sport we did HIIT. HIIT stands for High, Intensive, Interval, Training. We did three exercises, the first one was push ups. We had three types of push ups to choose from, the first choice was the knee push up, the second choice was one leg push up and the third choice was the normal push up. The second exercises was mountain climbers. Here we had to have our hands straight and push your knees up to your elbows. The third and final exercises was pull ups. Here we had to pull our body up to the bars with your knees bent or your legs straight.
